SAFETY
Safety always comes first at Hammersmith Broadway. We are proud to work with IOSH accreditation and highly trained personnel reporting zero accidents and claims. Our team is always on hand to help manage any situation safely for you.

AIR QUALITY
Excellent air quality and low CO2 is critical. We have fitted  CO2 and air quality monitoring sensors to
communal space to ensure efficiency.

SMOKE / VAPE
There is a strict policy in place for no smoking or vaping in communal, confined and congested areas.

FREE WATER
We advocate for a lifestyle that promotes well-being and minimises plastic usage. Take a glance at our complimentary water fountain and witness the significant number of plastic bottles we’ve spared.

FIRST AID & MENTAL HEALTH & DEFIBRILLATOR
Throughout Hammersmith Broadway we have dedicated first responders, first aiders, and trained mental health colleagues. We work closely with many partners having defibrillators always available on site.

Consultants are currently reviewing a comprehensive customised solar panel proposal for Hammersmith Broadway, which has the potential to deliver complete self-sustainable power.

LED LIGHTING
All lighting through the precinct, basement, communal areas and beyond has been replaced with efficient energy-saving LED lighting.

MONITORING
We utilise the best value in energy procurement with consultants, monthly utility consumption reads and monitoring with SMART meters.

ENVIRONMENT

100% RECYCLE & ZERO LANDFILL
All waste collected from Hammersmith Broadway undergoes a systematic processing procedure,
including the following steps:

• Cardboard is transported directly to the mill for recycling into new cardboard products.
• Mixed municipal waste undergoes a rigorous sorting
  process, where various recyclable elements are separated for subsequent reprocessing.
• Residual waste that cannot be further recycled is directed to incineration, thereby contributing to
  energy generation.

TRAVEL

COMMUTE
Secure cycling storage, e-bikes and scooters, multiple train and bus stations and beautiful walks, with city incentives for green travel.
